4. Delivery time

Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 1–3 working days and within the rest of Europe within 2–5 working days. Please note that delays may occur. These times are not a binding delivery promise.

5. Tracking

For every shipment you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow the status of your delivery online.

6. Customs and import duties

Customs and import duties may apply for deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Thailand). These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. Please check the applicable regulations in advance.

7. Loss or damage

In the event of loss or damage during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can find a solution.

Important note on mouthguards

The ImpactShield Premium Mouthguard and the ImpactShield 2.0 Mouthguard are hygiene products. Under Section 312g(2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Once the packaging has been opened or the mouthguard has been fitted to your teeth, returns and withdrawal are excluded.
