Short summary:
Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first send us a clear statement of your withdrawal by email to contact@illstinct.com or via our contact form . Only then can the withdrawal be properly asserted and your return correctly assigned and processed.
Returning goods without prior notice does not constitute a valid withdrawal and may lead to delays or problems with the refund.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
a) In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the bundle returned in full.
b) If you only return individual items of a bundle and thus no longer meet the conditions for the originally granted bundle discount, we reserve the right to adjust the discount accordingly. In this case, the refund amount is calculated taking into account the regular price of the items you keep.
Consequences of withdrawal for promotions with a free gift
a) In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned items. If the free gift is not returned as well, the usual market selling price of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
b) In the case of a partial return as a result of which the conditions for receiving the free gift are no longer met, we reserve the right to subsequently charge the value of the gift if it is kept.
Our ImpactShield mouthguard is a hygiene article that is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene once the packaging has been opened or the product has been heated or tried on.
The right of withdrawal therefore expires early as soon as the mouthguard:
has been removed from the sealed packaging,
has been heated or moulded,
has been put in the mouth or tried on in any other way.
A return is only possible as long as the mouthguard is unopened and unused in its original packaging.
When using a discounted upsell offer after purchase, the discount granted applies exclusively in connection with the main order.
If the main order is returned in full or in part and the conditions for the upsell discount therefore no longer apply, we reserve the right to adjust the price of the upsell items you keep to the regular selling price. The refund amount will be calculated accordingly.
