Remarque importante sur les protège-dents

Le protège-dents ImpactShield Premium et le protège-dents ImpactShield 2.0 sont des articles d'hygiène. Conformément à l'article 312g, al. 2, n° 3 du Code civil allemand (BGB), il n'existe pas de droit de rétractation pour les biens scellés qui ne peuvent être renvoyés pour des raisons de protection de la santé ou d'hygiène, dès lors qu'ils ont été descellés après la livraison.

Dès que l'emballage a été ouvert ou que le protège-dents a été ajusté à la dentition, tout retour ou rétractation est exclu.
